Airtel hourly based Night Plan was one of the best
data plans which we really enjoyed for unlimited download, but has increased
the price of their night plan. Mtn took the advantage and introduce N25
for 500MB night plan from 12am to 5am, which made lots of people forget the
Airtel high price night data bundle and move on with the MTN cheap Night
package. Airtel has release a new data plan offer for all airtel SmartTrybe
tariff plan users. I don't know what make airtel to increase the price of their
night plan data. But it seem like their counterpart MTN Nigeria has out-throne
in the night plan offer. MTN offer 500MB for N25 in their night plan and it
valid from 12am - 4am of the same night.
Airtel has reintroduced new night data bundle to replace the
previous one. Airtel has chosen to follow the footsteps of MTN night packages
by launching another Night plan which offers you 500MB for N25 and 1.5GB for
N50.
The new Airtel Night Plan were accompanied by 1GB for N500
valid for 1week and 200MB for N200 + 30Min Now that airtel has improve
their night plan data to something more appealing i don't think you will like
to miss out. The only limitation to this new airtel Night plan data is that you
must be on airtel SmartTrybe tariff plan. On this plan you get 500Mb for 25
naira valid from 12am - 5am of the same day and 1.5GB for N50 valid from
12am-5am of the same night. One good thing that gives the new airtel night plan
data offer an advantage over MTN Night data plan is its ability to be renew.
Unlike the MTN night plan data which does not allow you to renew it, airtel new
night data plan give you the opportunity to renew your data as much as you can
provided it is still within the stipulated valid time. On this new SmartTrybe
tariff plan offer, airtel also introduce 1Gb data plan for N500 valid for 1
week and 200MB for N200 plus a 30mins weekend call offer and a 15MB weekly data
offer when you recharge upto N200.

This is better than the MTN Night Plan of N25 for 500MB,
because with MTN night plan every SIM card entitled to a one-time activation
per night, but Airtel night plan can be renewed if exhausted, it means, you can
resubscribe after exhausting the initial 1.5GB. In essence, you can use 3GB for
N100 in just one night.
